Coconut breaded shrimp served with our Raspberry Chambord Sauce.
HERB BUTTER SALMON:
Atlantic Salmon grilled with herb butter.
PEPPERCORN RIB EYE:
22 ounce cut crusted with peppercorns and finished with a pan reduction.
RASPBERRY CHICKEN:
Tender breast of chicken finished with our raspberry chambord sauce.
SHRIMP SCAMPI STYLE:
Fresh jumbo shrimp sauteed in butter, garlic and herbs.
TUSCAN CHOPS:
(2) 5 ounce pork chops grilled and topped with sauteed mushrooms and bell peppers and finished with a marsala demi glace.
