PORT WINE FILET MIGNON:
8 ounce cut finished with a port wine reduction.
RIB EYE:
Hand Trimmed and grilled to order. 10 oz. cut and 22 oz. cut.
ROASTED PRIME RIB:
Slow roasted served with a port wine au jus. 12 oz. cut and 22 oz. cut.

Aged choice sirloin. Flavorful and lean.
STEAK DIANE:
